Workout Playlist to Start Your 2016 Right!

First and foremost, I want to say thank you for all your sweet comments on my last blog post. It meant a lot to read your nice and sincere comments. 2015 didn't end according to plan, but that is life. All I can do is look forward to what's to come. This year taught me many lessons but the main one I am taking from this year is that God's plan is not to be reckoned with. He has a greater plan for me and I just have to have faith.

Lets switch gears for a bit. As many people start planning their new year's resolutions, I want to share with you some great songs to get your 2016 started off right. I am and will always be a firm believer that a good song can change your mood and even make you workout harder. I need music to motivate me on my runs and pretty much any type of exercise. With only two days left in the year, I am sure many of you are choosing some form of fitness goal. Whether you are training for your first race, starting a gym regime to lose the holiday weight, or just looking to update your playlist, the next few songs are meant to get your butt in motion!
